[Wallpaper](/docs/reference/components/wallpaper) calls this hook. A custom wallpaper component that calls it must render before the stages that need the colour. Without a provider above, it does nothing.

## Parameters

```ts
useProvideWallpaperColor(
  color: string | null
)
```

`color`: flat background colour, or null for an image wallpaper. A `background` set on the provider takes precedence.

## Returns

Nothing (`void`).
